The VIXTRONequip VXG501 is a high-pressure, single-acting piston grouting pump developed for professional cement grouting, reinforcement and repair work. Its robust 7.5 kW drive, controlled piston action and heavy-duty fluid path deliver dependable pressure and output for demanding construction environments.

Engineered Piston Pumping Principle

The horizontal single-acting piston system converts the motor’s rotary motion through a belt and reduction mechanism into a stable reciprocating pumping stroke. A 60 mm slurry inlet supports reliable material intake, while the 45 mm outlet provides controlled delivery through the grouting line. The system is designed for cement-based slurry with particle sizes up to 5 mm.
